Patrick grew up in the Fens and spent his career in London in sales and sales management. He retired to Richmond ten years ago, where he immediately became involved with the RSC after accepting a post-concert invitation to tea.
An erstwhile player of the piano and French horn, he also sang bass in a Hampstead a cappella choir. He is now the RSC's concert manager, keeping everything running smoothly on performance nights, as well as a regular volunteer at the Georgian Theatre Royal. He is a self-confessed fanatic for the music of Mendelssohn and Purcell.
