Nick worked in publishing until ten years ago, when he moved from New York to Richmond. His interests include chamber music and opera, Welsh rugby and Welsh Terriers (as unpredictable as each other), coppicing, grandchildren, and the novels of Patrick O’Brian. He used to play the cello, very badly, and has the rare distinction of having been expelled from a village choral society.
Previously Chair of Arts in Richmondshire and the Swaledale Festival, Nick feels very privileged to be involved now with the Richmondshire Concerts.
